Shipping & Return Policy

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number along with details about the shipping agency. Our delivery partners will make three attempts to deliver your package before returning it to us. To ensure timely delivery, please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including the zip code and a mobile number.
We accept various payment methods, including all major debit and credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, and American Express), Net Banking options across major banks, Cash On Delivery, and UPI.

Returns:

We understand that sometimes you might need to return an item. That’s why we have a 7-day return policy. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To initiate the return process, simply reach out to us at hello@stanhildrad.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Damages & Issues:

When you receive your order, please take a moment to inspect it carefully. If you notice that the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us right away. We’re committed to making things right, and we’ll work with you to evaluate the issue and find a solution.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, here’s what you can expect:
– For online payments, you will automatically receive a refund on your original payment method.
-For Cash On Delivery (COD) orders, please ensure you have added your bank details to your account. We will refund the balance directly to your bank account.

Cancellations:

If you need to cancel an order, please reach out to us within 12 hours of placing the order online. This will ensure that we can process your request promptly. Please note that if you contact us after we have shared the dispatch details and tracking code with you, we will not be able to cancel your order.
